The process, collaboration and negotiation required for a successful transaction is evolving and exciting to me so prior to becoming a licensed agent in 2015 I successfully closed Escrow on 3 For Sale by Owner (FSBO) transactions by myself, of my own homes, in 1998, 2008, and 2012, all within 3 months of listing them. As a teenager I watched my grandma buy a 5 acre parcel on the Willamette River, with an old house on it, after she looked into whether it could be subdividable into (two) 2.5 acre parcels. So I guess real estate has always been in my blood. I've been living in Oregon, in the Portland metro area, since birth so I will be your perfect go-to source, for everything Oregon.
